Onboarding

Onboarding involves legal and administrative procedures, operational procedures and finally learning procedures.

All new employees and contractors must go through these 3 steps:

  • Legan and Admin
  • Operational
  • Learning

All documents and personal information will be first stored in https://github.com/MatrixAI/matrixai-employees and subsequently into relevant subsystems such as Xero, Super clearing houses, and future HRIS system.
